Focus on what is in front of you, let go, and use documentary photography to create meaningful and connected memories for you, your family and your clients.

Documentary connections

«The camera is a tool to learn to see without the camera»

  • Be more present while photographing, let go of expectations and perfection and grow as a photographer using the existing constraints.
  • Know what to look for to document family connections without any control of what is in front of your lense.
  • Understand how photography actually makes you a better parent and can increase parental confidence for you and your clients.
  • Choose more easily what photos to print and what to print them on to showcase and foster your family values.
Femme regardant la caméra et tenant une caméra dans ses mains

Hi I'am Anouk

I document the little everyday mundane connections between family members that help parents realize how much more present they are with their kids. As such, I use photography as a therapeutic tool to help foster parental confidence for others…and myself!

I am an «everyday life» photographer who recently moved to the countryside with my family in the Estearn Townships in Quebec, Canada.

Photography made me a better mother for my 3 kids, a better partner to my husband and a better human all together. I also have a master’s degree in social work where I focuse on family and social relationships.
